So its been quite an event-full day, ive been live this morning for a very funny session with Katlego my brotha from another mother, then went to schools to organize motivational speakings, to raise awareness and money for the chrysalis foundation, then i had to go to vital for pics to take for this article i wrote for the longevity magazine , after had a lil training session and had Pilates with vital straight afterwards, then drove straight to one and only cape town to finish the night here.
