So ive been live this morning at 6h15, had some private clients and then vital health foods and now im at the one and only till 8pm. So its a busy day, getting all my interviews with the radio stations ready and finalized and with the local newspapers, i quickly popped into my old high school today, because the chrysalis charity is for ladies between the ages of 14 and 18 who are physically and mentally abused, and wow ive grown up, its been a solid 10 years, they look so young, wow time does change you hey, in this case for the best, fitter stronger and harder every day.
